Barry Feldman

Woodworks Design is the furniture and related product design and development workshop of Barry Feldman, furniture designer maker. The workshop is based near Wingham in Kent. Since graduating from the Royal College of Art in 1977, Barry has worked on a wide range of furniture design projects. He has had his furniture featured in the Sunday Times Supplement, Design Magazine, Architectural Review, House and Garden and Italian Vogue. By nature, his interests lie more in innovative furniture design and the development of ideas than in manufacture. However he is an able craftsman, maker and his hands-on approach and ability to make and develop a product in wood and metal has enabled him to accept diverse commissions and produce small batches for the domestic, leisure and contract sectors.

Since 1999 his son Ben has also been working with him. Ben studied furniture design at Ravensbourne.
